Spinach Parmesan Orzo

Or in other words...the best dang side dish ever! It is so tasty, I can't even begin to describe. Such a simple flavor profile but scrumptious!

Words can't even describe...yum!
Spinach Parmesan Orzo

4 Tbsp butter, divided
1 cup uncooked orzo pasta
14.5 oz water
2 buillion cubes, chicken flavor
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 (10 oz) spinach leaves
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
salt & pepper

1. Melt 2 Tbsp. butter in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Add the orzo and stir until lightly browned. Add the water and buillion cubes. Cover, reduce heat to simmer for 15 minutes.

2. In a large skillet, melt 2 Tbsp. butter. Saute the minced garlic until fragrant.

3. Add the spinach and a pinch of salt & pepper (don't overdo the salt!). Saute until wilted.

4. Mix orzo, spinach and Parmesan cheese together.
